He has experiences in various fields for more than 35 years in Administrative level. Dr.Noriaki suga is a Buddhist and has served for the Buddhist temples and organizations in Sri Lanka very much. He has special interest in this Perl of Indian Ocean and wants the county to be phosphorous and peaceful.

 By being a corporate management specialist Dr.Noriaki suga will work as a bridge to Batuwangala evillage to step in to global world.
