Batuwangala Maha Vidyalaya last Friday engaged in a video conference with a Japanese school. This task was arranged through southern province chief Ministery programmer Ms. Sajeewani ponnamperuma. The school of Japan was very much pleased with Batuwangala Maha Vidyalaya and its ICT activities and the skills of students. The VC was done with the teachers and students from Grade 13.Aruna sir conducted this trough A video conference room owned by the Japanese school.





This was a sound experience to whole school and specially we encountered internet speed issues. However we could do this without any obstacle. We are very happy this is the first ever video conference happened in Batuwangala Maha Vidyalaya and we mostly believe we are first school do so in southern Sri Lanka. We wish all the best of luck to the students who participate in this event and the student exchange programme wich is due to be started.
